2. Trade Accounts, Eligibility and Registration

MIANN Pty Ltd operates primarily as a wholesale supplier, and access to trade pricing, accounts, and services is limited to approved trade customers. To register for a trade account, customers must provide accurate, current, and complete business information, including but not limited to business name, ABN, contact details, and relevant industry credentials. MIANN reserves the right to verify all submitted information and to approve, reject, suspend, or terminate trade accounts at its sole discretion. Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities conducted under their account. Any misuse, unauthorised access, or fraudulent activity may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

3. Products, Orders and Pricing

All product descriptions, specifications, images, and pricing are provided for general information purposes only and may be subject to change without notice. While MIANN Pty Ltd makes every effort to ensure accuracy, errors may occur, and we reserve the right to correct any inaccuracies, including pricing errors, at any time. All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. MIANN reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order, including those affected by pricing errors or stock shortages. Prices are exclusive of GST unless otherwise stated. Additional charges, including freight, handling, or surcharges, may apply and will be disclosed at the time of ordering where possible.

4. Payment Terms and Credit Conditions

Payment terms must be strictly adhered to in accordance with the agreed trade account conditions. MIANN Pty Ltd may offer credit facilities to approved customers, subject to credit assessment and ongoing review. MIANN reserves the right to reduce, suspend, or withdraw credit facilities at any time without notice. 5. Shipping, Delivery, Risk and Title

Delivery times provided are estimates only and may vary due to stock availability, logistics constraints, or factors beyond our control. MIANN Pty Ltd is not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers, customs clearance, or unforeseen events. Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon dispatch from MIANN’s warehouse or nominated distribution point. Title to goods remains with MIANN Pty Ltd until full payment has been received. Customers are responsible for inspecting goods upon delivery and must notify MIANN of any shortages, damage, or discrepancies within a reasonable timeframe. Failure to do so may result in claims being denied.

6. Returns, Warranty, Liability and General Provisions

Returns are subject to MIANN Pty Ltd’s returns policy and require prior approval. Returned goods must be unused, in original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Certain items, including special-order or clearance products, may be non-returnable. Warranty claims are limited to the terms provided by the manufacturer or supplier and do not cover misuse, improper installation, or normal wear and tear.
